A unique, elegant, and chic boutique hotel comprising of 7 rooms, including 5 individually decorated sea view suites, Hotel Carabeo is a little treasure chest perfectly located on the waters edge of the Med. Once an old school house the building, which also leads into Restaurant "34", has been carefully restored with local materials and is opulently decorated with an abundance of ornate antiques. The attention to detail is second to none and the rich ambience of grandeur is enchanting.

the traditional, typical and contemporary to create a menu providing an
exciting
wide selection of dishes with a " 34 " touch. Daily specials
run along side the
a la carte boasting a range of the freshest seasonal local produce.
" 34 " offers high quality dining with friendly professional
service in a relaxed atmosphere. Our menu aims to offer something new
each time whilst preserving
the all time favourites.
If you have any specific dietry constraints please advise us prior to
your
reservation and we will endevour to accomodate your needs. A Children's
menu is also available. Restaurant 34 is now a non smoking establishment.
We respectfully ask you to refrain from smoking and the use of mobile phones within the dining areas.

Monkfish Tail, wrapped in pancetta on a bed of baby broad
beans & cured
ham, chive crème fraiche.
Fillets of Sea Bream, with artichoke & asparagus,
roast pepper coulis and pink peppercorn & tarragon butter.
Fillets of Sea Bass, with fresh herbs, served with sun
dried tomato pesto & rocket pesto.
Meat
Beef Fillet, herb & garlic butter / green peppercorn
sauce / Rioja wine sauce, shallots & bacon.
Roast Leg of Milk Fed Lamb, with ¨ jus ¨ and seasonal
vegetables.
" Carrilleras " of Pork “ 34 ”, traditional
Spanish dish of confit pork cheeks, cauliflower purée, asparagus and a
Málaga wine reduction.
Vegetarian
Stuffed Pepper, spiced roast vegetables, cous cous, and Feta cheese on
a bed of artichokes.
Dessert
Apple Tart, fine apple tart baked to order & served
with vanilla ice cream & a dash of Calvados.
